BEACH HOME PROJECT
This was a project that was done in stages according to what could be afforded.
The home was purchased in 1991 so there was many years to catch up on.
I entered the project in 2009 for the first time. The last stage I worked on was in 2014.
The main goal was to make the changes that would have the most impact for what the budget constaint was.
